Huntvale is owned and run by Simon Darvish & Saul Babani. Both Simon and Saul have over 40 years combined in the London Property Market which spans Sales, Lettings, Investment, Development & Management and they have a vast network with references from some of London’s Top Estate Agents and Landlords.

We specialise in property investment and development, creating accommodation for students, young professionals and medical patients.

Saul Babani - has worked in the London property sector for over 20 years. In previous employment he has worked for one of the largest residential landlords in London heading up their acquisitions team and contributing to building a fund capitalised at c. £1bn as well as working for other niche development and investment practises. Saul is well respected by his clients and colleagues alike and this popularity together with his tenacity constantly rewards new opportunities within the investment and development world and has proved extremely successful with his contact base and reputation.

Simon Darvish - has worked in the London property industry for over 20 years, working in all aspects of property, mainly in Residential Sales, Lettings and Management. Over the years Simon has built up a large serviced apartment company dealing with serviced and student accommodation. Simon has built a great reputation within the corporate world of company lets, student accommodation and NHS and overseas clients.
